Services

Breadalbane offers attractively appointed accommodation with 13 single rooms and one double room. Most of the bedrooms have en suite toilet facilities and those without are situated close to bathrooms.

The home is situated near Castleford town centre, in one of the more attractive parts of the town, not far from Queen's Park. There are several schools nearby and a bus-stop outside the front door for any resident wanting to make the short journey into town.

It is set in its own attractive grounds and gardens and has been developed to the highest standards, approved by local agencies for fire safety and environmental health. Breadalbane is registered as a residential home with Wakefield District Council.

The way we provide care

We aim to provide a friendly, homely atmosphere at Breadalbane, where an elderly person can enjoy life without the worries of running their own home.

Residents are able to enjoy an easy and better quality of life under the watchful eye of our fully trained staff, whose care and understanding is available twenty-four hours a day.

Staff are here to offer physical and emotional support for our residents in a way which will respect dignity and encourage independence.
